Annual Neighborhood Plant Exchange - Sat, April 24 - 1pam - 12noon

Meet your neighbors and trade extra plants from your garden for new plants! Redesigning your gardens? This is a great way to share extra plants and bulbs in exchange for new ones for both the novice and experienced gardener! This year, the exchange will be held at the Brown's home at 802 E Temperance.

This year, we have a special treat! Master Gardener and Master Composter, Mary Machala, will be speaking to our group about how to easily and inexpensively create beds from scratch and garden spots for flowers, shrubs, and maybe even vegetables. She will sow you ways to improve and build soil with items found within most yards and neighborhoods so you don't have to go out and spend a fortune to make your yard beautiful! Gardening adds interest and attraction to your home and your neighborhood. Why settle for grass and weeds when you can do something else easily?

Tips for the Exchange:
  • If bringing plants to exchange, please identify and label your plants.
  • Bring some dirt and pots to bring your pots home!
Questions: Call NgocDzung at 253-373-0500 or Julie at 206.300.1425 for more info.

Some of these newer super-bright LED light products will light up on voltages
ranging from 10 volts DC to 30 volts DC, while others will run on as little as 8 volts.
Implementation of solar energy has environmental costs that may hamper
its application on large-scale operations to reduce
its impact. Light fixtures like floor lamps and chandeliers come in a
wide variety.
